Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No, we don’t offer refunds. Customers are allowed to check and try on their items while the courier is present to make sure everything is as expected before accepting the order.
: Can I exchange an item after I receive it?
A: Yes, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order — but only if the item you want to exchange to is out of stock. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached.
How do I request an exchange?
A: Simply contact us through DM within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, item details, and the reason for the exchange.
What happens if the item I want to exchange to is out of stock?
A: If the item you want out of stock, we unfortunately won't be able to process the exchange, as customers already have the chance to try on the item during delivery.
What if I missed trying the item when the courier came?
A: We strongly encourage all customers to check and try on their items while the courier is present. If you missed that opportunity, the no-refund policy still applies.
